Over the past thirty years we have created and refined a process to comprehensively address clients' needs. This process allows homeowners to work with one company from project conception to completion, thereby minimizing stress and maximizing their investment of time and money.
Triage – How we begin the relationship
Our first visit is a consultation, not a sales call. During this two-hour visit we do a bottom-to-top visual review of your house while we discuss your concerns and expectations. Then we sit down for a verbal synopsis, as together we establish your home's hierarchy of needs and consider budget issues. There is a fee for this service.
Preconstruction – How we refine what we began in the triage
When you decide to continue the process, we refine your remodeling dreams through our preconstruction services. Working with our team of design professionals, we develop the necessary floor plans and specifications needed to transform your dreams into reality. Preconstruction work includes making fixture and finish selections and creating an agreement for remodeling and a preliminary budget. There is a fee for this service.
Stewardship – Now the work begins
We then convert the documents developed in the preconstruction phase into an agreement for remodeling services. We coordinate and integrate design and construction and shepherd your project along through every phase of remodeling. As the renovation evolves, so too does the project cost breakdown, allowing you to manage your project’s costs. We only work on one major project at a time, so when we start your project we stay on it until finished. Our consultative process ensures continuous communication in person and via email.
Follow up – Enjoy all of your hard work
After the work is completed you can rest assured that AJ Stones Master Green Remodeler will be there answering questions that may arise and making necessary adjustments. Many of our projects come from long-term clients, some going back to the founding of the company.
