Aging-in-place renovation maximizes homeowner’s comfort, access and safety
Renovations featured an updated and enlarged kitchen, reconfigured floor plan with upgraded windows and doors, and a reconstructed staircase to the basement—all dramatically improving access, lighting and safety of the homeowners. Additional comfort and efficiency were achieved with a new HVAC system and added insulation. A concrete patio and sidewalks completed the project.
